TMH Kingston - How to find the U in Mum

TMH are proud to be joined by Meg from the amazing Postpartum plan a holistic online programme laying the emotional and physical foundations for a lifetime of parenthood, to bring to you a workshop on Finding the U in Mum

After suffering from Mum burn out after the birth of her first child, Meg found 5 pillars fundemental to her recovery. 

These 5 pillars formed the basis of Post Partum Plan. At this event Meg will be sharing those pillars of recovery with you.

As always we will have 30minutes with our speaker who will also be avalible for the entire event for you to ask questions if you wish. This is a safe, non judgemental space for you.

5 minutes of meditation 

Writing a letter to yourself (Meg will send them back to the participants in 1 month time to make sure you are looking after yourself)

There will also be:

Optional reflexology taster sessions after the workshop (top up £15 for 30 minutes)

Our popular Brunch event will be held at the Beautiful SOLO at Kingston one Hotel.

Get ready to meet local Mums over some Delicious food, whilst learning how to take care of you.

Dont forget babies are always welcome!

Your ticket will include:

• A TMH "Mum Bag"  for all of "Mum's Stuff"
• Guest speaker (duration 30minutes) will be avalible for the whole event to answer any questions

1. Buttermilk Pancakes with Maple Syrup or Cinnamon
2. Avocado with sourghdough Toast & Egg
3. Overnight Oats/ Chia seeds/ Fresh Berries 
4. Sausage in a Brioche Bun

The price includes 1 hot drink of your choice or a glass of orange juice. 

Fruit water will be provided on the tables. Please avoid bringing buggies if you can as space is limited. Limited number of high chairs avalible.  Additional drinks may be purchased seperatly.
