TMH are proud to be joined by Samantha Dholakia from MUMECHI for our Mum Guilt & your changing Identity after children on the 29th June at the Canbury Arms in Kingston 

Becoming a mum is one of the biggest transitions a woman can go through. Whether we are wanting to maintain a career, find time for ourselves or even spend our time equally between our children, there are always lots of opportunities to feel mum guilt. It can not only impact our style, body and work, but also the way we define ourselves and the world around you. Exploring and sharing our new identities with purpose and kindness can not only help lessen the mum guilt, it can also empower us in overcoming the daily overwhelm.

Join us to learn about why we feel this way and take away some tools you can actually put into practice to help you and your family.

As always we will have 30minutes with our speaker and 15minutes on a practical acitvity with table discussion. This is a safe, fully inclusive space for you with plenty of time to enjoy meeting new mums and sharing experineces.

Get ready to meet local Mums over some Delicious food, whilst learning something new to help you and your family. 

Dont forget babies are always welcome!

• A TMH "Mum Bag"  for all of "Mum's Stuff"
• Guest speaker (duration 30minutes & 15 round table practical) will be avalible for the whole event to answer any questions

1. Canbury Croque Monsieur – Smoked Ham, Bechamel Sauce, Duck Egg, Toasted Sourdough

2. Smashed Avocado, Chilli, Toasted Sourdough, Cherry on Vine Tomato, Poached Eggs

3. Wild Mushrooms, Coconut Feta, Toasted Sourdough (vg)

The price includes 1 hot drink of your choice. High Chairs are avalible.
