Returning to work after children can fill us with excitement and anxious feelings both at the same time. Couple that with how your identity changes after children and you have one mentally drained mum with a whole hosts of mixed emotions.

About the event
TMH are proud to be joined by Samantha Dholakia from MUMECHI for our "Returning to work & your changing Identity after children" Brunch at ClockTower cafe Croydon.
Stepping into motherhood can be a whirlwind of learning, love and lots of emotions! The way we see and connect with the world both internally and externally, changes enormously! Stepping back into our working worlds, the worlds we found so 'normal' before motherhood can feel unfamiliar and even daunting. Spending time to focus on our new identities through the transition into motherhood can not only lessen our stress levels and anxieties around returning to work, it also supports us in finding the internal balance we need.
Join us to learn all about why we feel this way and take away some tools you can actually put into practice that support you and your family.
As always we will have 30minutes with our speaker and 15minutes on a practical acitvity with table discussion. This is a safe, fully inclusive space for you with plenty of time to enjoy meeting new mums and sharing experineces.
Get ready to meet local Mums over some Delicious food, whilst learning something new to help you and your family.
Dont forget babies are always welcome!
Your ticket will include:
- A TMH "Mum Bag" for all of "Mum's Stuff"
- Guest speaker (duration 30minutes & 15 round table practical) will be avalible for the whole event to answer any questions
- Delicious Brunch options:
- Avocado & Toast with toasted seeds and olive oil topped with crushed chilli
- Breakfast Wrap - Scrambled egg, sausage, hasbrown & mushrooms finished with optional ketchup or brownsauce
- Perfectly fluffy omelette with choice of fillings
- Breakfast sarnie with either sausage or bacon
- The price includes 1 hot drink of your choice. Please avoid bringing buggies if you can as space is limited. High Chairs are avalible please indicate at time of booking if you need one. Additional drinks or menu items may be purchased directly with the venue.
