TMH Brunch Cobham - Mum Guilt & your changing Identity after children

TMH are proud to be joined by Samantha Dholakia from MUMECHI for our Mum Guilt & your changing Identity after children  on the 8th June at the stunninhg Coppa Club, Cobham.

Becoming a mum is one of the biggest transitions a woman can go through. Whether we are wanting to maintain a career, find time for ourselves or even spend our time equally between our children, there are always lots of opportunities to feel mum guilt. It can not only impact our style, body and work, but also the way we define ourselves and the world around you. Exploring and sharing our new identities with purpose and kindness can not only help lessen the mum guilt, it can also empower us in overcoming the daily overwhelm.

Join us to learn about why we feel this way and take away some tools you can actually put into practice to help you and your family. 

As always we will have 30minutes with our speaker and 15minutes on a practical acitvity with table discussion. This is a safe, fully inclusive space for you with plenty of time to enjoy meeting new mums and sharing experineces.

Get ready to meet local Mums over some Delicious food, whilst learning something new to help you and your family. 

Dont forget babies are always welcome!

Your ticket will include:

• A TMH "Mum Bag"  for all of "Mum's Stuff"
• Guest speaker (duration 30minutes & 15 practical) will be avalible for the whole event to answer any questions
• Delicious Brunch options:

1. YOGHURT AND GRANOLA | V N  coconut yoghurt, toasted buckwheat, fresh berries
2. ARTISAN PASTRIES | V spelt croissant or pain au chocolat
3. SOURDOUGH TOAST | V  Netherend Farm butter, a selection of jams, honey, marmalade
4. BUCKWHEAT AND RYE PANCAKES berries, granola, seeds, coconut yoghurt | V OR dry cured bacon, maple syrup, Netherend Farm butter

The price includes 1 hot drink of your choice. Please avoid bringing buggies if you can as space is limited. Limited number of high chairs avalible.  Additional drinks or menu items may be purchased directly with the venue.
